Process Quality Management

n

- n
- Develop and implement quality assurance policies, procedures, and standards to ensure that products are manufactured to meet or exceed customer requirements and industry standards.n
- Work with Engineering (Design and Manufacturing Engineers team) to define process parameters and criteria to ensure production process capability is effectively met as per product process requirements.n
- Monitor and control quality at all manufacturing stages including SMT, PCB assembly, camera module assembly, lens fitting, testing, final assembly, and packing.n
- Establish and maintain Process Control Plans, PFMEA, SOPs, Quality Check Sheets, and Inspection Standards.n
- Ensure process adherence through regular line audits and layered process audits.n

Process Monitoring & Control

n

- n
- Analyze First Pass Yield (FPY), Defect Per Million (DPMO), Rework, Scrap, and Process Capability (Cp/ Cpk ).n
- Monitor critical process parameters such as soldering profile, torque values, ESD compliance, AOI performance, ICT/FCT results, and burn-in test performance.n
- Identify process abnormalities and implement corrective actions.n

Root Cause Analysis & Improvement

n

- n
- Lead investigations using 8D, 5 Why, Fishbone Diagram, Pareto Analysis, SPC, and CAPA methodologies.n
- Drive defect reduction and continuous improvement projects using Lean and Six Sigma tools.n
- Coordinate with Production, Engineering, SCM, and R&D; to eliminate recurring issues.n

Customer & Internal Quality

- Handle customer complaints related to manufacturing defects.n
- Ensure timely closure of Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).n
- Support internal and external quality audits.n

Quality Assurance Activities

- n
- Ensure implementation of ESD standards across manufacturing.n
- Verify calibration status of measuring and testing equipment.n
- Validate process changes before implementation.n
- Participate in Current Product Introduction (NPI) and pilot production activities.n

n

Documentation & Reporting

n

- n
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly quality reports.n
- Maintain quality records and traceability documentation.n
- Present quality performance during management reviews.n

n
