Ob Description: FPNA & MIS Lead Position Title: FPNA & MIS Lead (Asst. Manager to Dy. Manager) Department: Finance & Accounts Role Purpose The MIS & FP& A Lead will help management understand the company's performance by preparing reports, budgets, forecasts, and dashboards. The person will analyze project revenues, costs, profits, cash flow, and business performance to support better decision-making. Key Responsibilities 1. MIS Reporting Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports. Collect and consolidate data from different projects and departments. Share performance reports with management. Ensure reports are accurate and submitted on time. 2. Budgeting & Forecasting (FP& A) Prepare annual budgets. Forecast future revenue, costs, and profits. Compare Actual vs Budget performance. Identify reasons for differences and suggest improvements. 3. Project Financial Monitoring Track project-wise revenue, expenses, and profit margins. Monitor budget utilization and cost overruns. Review billing, collections, and pending payments. Support project teams with financial analysis. 4. Cash Flow & Working Capital Prepare cash flow reports and forecasts. Monitor customer collections and vendor payments. Track receivables and payables. Help improve cash management. 5. Dashboards & Analytics Create management dashboards using Excel and Power BI. Revenue Profitability Budget vs Actual Cash Flow Project Performance Automate reports wherever possible. 6. Coordination & Team Management Work with Finance, Projects, Procurement, and Management teams. Ensure proper and timely data collection. Guide and support MIS team members. Improve reporting processes and controls. Qualification B. Com / BBA / Economics / Business Administration. MBA Finance, CA Inter, or CMA preferred. Experience 6-10 years in MIS, FP& A, Business Finance, or Reporting. Experience in EPC, Infrastructure, Telecom, Construction, or similar industries preferred. Technical Skills Advanced Excel Power BI SQL (Basic to Intermediate) Power Query & Power Pivot ERP Systems (SAP, Tally) Core Competencies Financial Planning & Business Reporting Financial Acumen Business Analytics Budgeting & Forecasting MIS Reporting Data Analysis Problem Solving Communication Skills Team Management Attention to Detail Ideal Candidate A commerce or finance qualified who can convert business data into meaningful reports and insights.
