Senior Marketing Manager Role Overview

The Senior Marketing Manager will be responsible for building and executing integrated marketing programs that support demand generation, brand positioning, and pipeline growth across eCommerce, ERP, and Managed Services.

This is a hands-on role that combines strategy, execution, and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities Go-to-Market (GTM), Positioning & Messaging

- Own and execute go-to-market plans for eCommerce, ERP, and Managed Services offerings.
- Develop and refine positioning, messaging, and value propositions for different buyer personas and industries.
- Translate complex solutions into clear, outcome-driven narratives for global markets.

Demand Generation & Campaign Management

- Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, content, email, social media, and partner channels.
- Support lead generation and pipeline growth through inbound, outbound, and account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives.
- Work closely with sales teams to align campaigns with revenue priorities and target accounts.

Content & Sales Enablement

- Drive the creation of case studies, solution decks, one-pagers, website content, and thought leadership materials.
- Build and maintain sales enablement assets to support pre-sales and business development teams.




- Ensure consistency in messaging across all customer touchpoints.

Marketing Operations & Analytics

- Own marketing performance tracking, including leads, conversions, pipeline contribution, and campaign ROI.
- Work with CRM and marketing automation tools to improve lead management and visibility.
- Regularly review marketing data and insights to optimize campaigns and messaging.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Management

- Partner with business heads, delivery teams, and leadership to align marketing initiatives with service capabilities.
- Coordinate with external agencies and vendors as required.
- Mentor junior marketing team members and support capability building within the team.

Qualifications

- 12+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in IT Services, SaaS, ERP, or eCommerce.
- Strong exposure to eCommerce platforms (Shopify, Magento, Big Commerce) and/or ERP solutions (Microsoft Dynamics, Net Suite, SAP).
- Experience marketing services-led or Managed Services offerings is highly preferred.
- Proven ability to manage end-to-end marketing campaigns and collaborate closely with sales teams.
- Strong communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, agile, and evolving environment.
