About Kasplo

✅ What You'll Do:

- Identify and research potential customers across target industries
- Generate leads through cold calling, email outreach, Linked In, and other prospecting channels
- Qualify leads based on business fit and schedule product demos/discovery calls for the sales team




- Maintain and update prospect information in the CRM
- Track daily outreach activities, meetings, and follow-ups
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities

What We're Looking For:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, Management, or a related field
- 0–1 year of experience in Sales, Business Development, Lead Generation, or Customer Engagement
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and a robust willingness to learn are encouraged to apply
- Confident, proactive, target-driven, and comfortable speaking with business decision-makers
