Job Description

Responsibilities:

- Lead strategic planning and product roadmap creation, focusing on system modernization and migration from legacy to modern platforms.
- Drive product development and system evolution through agile methodologies (Scrum, XP) and human-centered design.
- Leverage data management expertise to ensure data quality and integrity during system migrations.
- Foster strong stakeholder collaboration to align product initiatives with business objectives and end-user needs.
- Apply product management skills to define features, prioritize backlogs, and drive value delivery.
- Proactively identify and mitigate issues and risks in product development and system evolution.
- Demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills, fostering a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering.




- Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in software development, with at least 3 years in product visioning and strategy, specifically with system modernization and legacy migration.
- Proficient in agile methodologies (Scrum, XP) and tools (Jira/Rally).
- Comprehensive knowledge of modern full-stack software engineering tools and languages (GCP, Tekton/Cloudbuild, APIC, APIM/Apigee, Sonar Qube, 42Crunch, React, Java).
- Experience with SRE Tools, Monitoring and Observability, and Data Engineering is highly desirable.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with engineers, designers, and business partners.
- Self-motivated with a solid inclination towards researching current technologies.
