Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Head – Channel Partnerships to build and scale our partner ecosystem across the GCC. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in B2B SaaS/AI/Cloud/Enterprise Software, with proven experience in driving revenue through channel partners, distributors, resellers, and strategic alliances.

Key Responsibilities

- Build, onboard, and manage channel partners across the GCC.
- Drive partner-led sales, revenue, and pipeline growth.




- Develop partner enablement, training, and GTM programs.
- Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Pre-Sales teams.
- Track partner performance, forecasts, and revenue targets.
- Build strong relationships with partners and resolve channel conflicts.
- Represent the company at partner and industry events.

Requirements

- 15+ years of Channel Sales/Partner Management experience.
- Robust experience in B2B SaaS, AI, Cloud, CCaaS, CRM, or Enterprise Software.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce, Hub Spot, or Zoho CRM.
