What you can look forward to as Value Stream manager (m/f/d):

- Overall responsible for Productivity, Quality, Delivery, Cost, Safety & Morale of the value stream.
- Ensures customer satisfaction by delivering to the promises.
- Customer visit to understand the specific needs.
- Drives projects on reducing manufacturing cost such as process consumables, stores and tools, repair and maintenance etc.
- Attending daily review meeting with other departments to ensure right information is shared at right time.
- Ensures compliance to quality assurance systems to achieve zero defect out-going quality, measured through, zero km rejection
- Guides and supervises Labour and Equipment productivity improvement projects
- Facilitates and improves Total Employee Improvement activities through Employee suggestions, Quality Control Circle, Supervisory Improvement Team and Cross Functional Team projects
- Ensures adherence to safety practices to achieve zero accident,



zero near miss accident, zero first aid cases.

Your Profile as Value Stream manager (m/f/d):

- Bachelor of Engineering or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from reputed institute.
- 12+ years experience as a qualified Mechanical Engineer
- Experience in a reputed automotive component manufacturer or OEM.
- Track record of experience in various manufacturing systems, facilities, sub systems and maintenance
- Experience in implementation of continuous improvement (Kaizen) and waste elimination activities.
- Exposure to advanced manufacturing concepts like low cost automation, SMED, Poka Yoke, JIT, kanban, Lean etc.
- Aware of TQM principles and TPM practices
- Technically competent at MS – Windows, AutoCAD, PLC programming, CNC programming etc.
- Solid time and priority management skills.
