Key Responsibilities:

1. Counsel students and parents regarding courses and learning programs
2. Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions
3. Handle inbound and outbound sales calls professionally
4. Follow up with prospective leads and maintain customer relationships
5. Guide candidates through the complete admission process through demo bookings and conductions
6. Achieve individual sales targets and performance metrics
7. Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-ups
