About the job

As a Telecaller at Safehome Pestochem India Private Limited, you will play a crucial role in our sales team by connecting with potential customers over the phone. Your proficiency in MS-Excel will help you maintain detailed records of each call, while your solid written and spoken English skills will ensure effective communication with clients. Additionally, your proficiency in spoken Hindi will come in handy when dealing with local customers.

Key responsibilities include:
1. Making outbound calls to potential customers to promote our products and services.
2. Handling incoming calls from customers and addressing their inquiries or concerns.
3. Maintaining accurate and updated records of all calls and customer interactions in MS-Excel.
4. Collaborating with the sales team to follow up on leads and schedule appointments.
5. Providing excellent customer service by answering questions and resolving issues in a timely manner.
6. Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly targets for call volume and sales conversions.
7. Continuously updating your knowledge of our products, services, and industry trends to better serve customers.
