About the job

As a 'Telecaller' at Gold Mark Settlement, you will be the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance with gold loan settlement, gold loan closure, and gold selling services. Your role is to communicate professionally with prospective clients, generate quality leads, maintain accurate records, and provide exceptional customer support.

Key responsibilities:

1. Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain Gold Mark Settlement's services, including gold loan settlement, gold loan closure, and gold selling.
2. Understand customer requirements and qualify leads for the field sales team.
3. Follow up with interested customers through calls and WhatsApp to schedule appointments and maintain engagement.
4. Accurately record customer information, call outcomes, and follow-up details in MS Excel or the company's CRM system.
5. Coordinate with the field executive and sales team to ensure timely customer visits and successful service delivery.
6. Maintain daily call reports, lead status, and productivity records.
7. Handle customer queries politely, professionally, and confidentially while maintaining the highest standards of customer service.
8. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
9. Build long-term customer relationships through timely follow-ups and effective communication.
10. Stay updated on company services, industry practices, and internal processes to provide accurate information to customers.

Required skills:

1. Excellent communication skills in Bengali (mandatory).

2. Basic knowledge of Hindi and English is preferred.

3. Basic proficiency in MS Excel and computer operations.

4. Strong persuasion, negotiation, and customer handling skills.

5. Positive attitude, confidence, and target-oriented mindset.

6. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

7. Good organizational and time management skills.

8. Female candidates preferred.

9. Minimum qualification: higher secondary (12th pass); Graduate candidates will be preferred.

10. Fluency in Bengali is mandatory; knowledge of Hindi is preferred.

11. Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, banking, finance, loan, insurance, or sales will be an added advantage.

12. Freshers with excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn are also encouraged to apply.

13. Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.

15. Well-groomed, disciplined, and professional in customer interactions.

16. Ability to work under pressure and handle customer objections confidently.
