/n 1. Achieve sales target for assigned territory (Urban & Rural)
/n 2. Manage various distribution channels (direct, indirect and alternate)
/n 3. Plan and achieve product wise and town wise growth
/n 4. Develop channel in the current markets
/n 5. Drive Business of device, activation and recharge through distributors
/n 6. Manage key retail outlets including modern trade outlets
/n 7. Ensure implementation and compliance of policies and processes
/n 8. Monitor and train the team and channel partners
