We are looking for an experienced *Executive Assistant* to support senior leadership. If you have excellent organizational skills, enjoy coordinating with people, and can manage multiple tasks efficiently, this is a excellent opportunity for you.

What You'll Do

* Manage calendars, meetings, and appointments.

* Arrange travel and coordinate schedules.

* Prepare emails, presentations, reports, and meeting minutes.

* Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams.

* Handle confidential information with professionalism.

* Provide day-to-day support to senior leadership.

What We're Looking For

* 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or Executive Secretary.





* Experience supporting senior management or leadership.

* Strong communication and organizational skills.

* Good knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).

* Ability to multitask and work independently.

* Experience in Architecture, Interior Design, Real Estate, or a professional services firm is an added advantage.
