Job Description – Export Dispatch Executive

Key Responsibilities:

- 3+ years experience in TLT & Fabrication must.
- Track and monitor daily export shipments to ensure timely dispatch.
- Maintain project-wise dispatch status and shipment records.
- Update and maintain dispatch tracking sheets for all export consignments.
- Work on ERP systems to manage dispatch transactions, inventory updates, and shipment documentation.
- Prepare packing lists and related export documents for customer customs clearance.
- Coordinate with production, stores, logistics, and freight forwarders for smooth dispatch execution.
- Ensure shipment documents are accurate and comply with customer and export requirements.
- Monitor dispatch schedules and follow up to meet committed delivery timelines.
- Generate daily,



weekly, and monthly dispatch reports for management.
- Resolve dispatch-related issues by coordinating with internal teams and customers.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
