a) Essential B.E./ B.Tech (Electrical ) - Full Time

b) Desirable / Pref. Reputed technical institutions,IIT/ NIT/ Government college leading private college.

5 Work Experience:
a) Years of exp. Desired 10-13 Years (L-13)

b) Nature of work experience

1. Have worked in renewable energy sector in leading companies in business development role with thorough knowledge of government policies and regulations.

2. Good knowledge on commercially established technologies such as Solar/Wind/Battery energy storage sytems.

3. Hands on experience of preparation of Detailed Project Reports, technical feasibility reports and techno-commercial evaluation of renewable energy projects. 4. Valuable Understanding of Project development from concept to commissioning.

5. Experience of coordinating with government agencies for applying and obtaining approvals related to renewable energy projects of any scale. 6. Experience in deriving cost-benefit analysis,technical feasibility and commercial feasibility of renewable energy projects.

c) Any Industry preference Renewable Energy/Project management consultancy.

6 KRAs

1. Developing strategies,Project reports, Technical & Commrercial assessment for execution and implementation of renewable energy projects that contribute towards reduction of carbon emissions.

2.



Coordination with Government agencies for obtaining requisite approvals for renewable energy based projects.

3. Driving and executing renewable energy based projects by partnering with internal and external stakeholders from concept to commissioning.

4. Working with external consultants and service providers in off-site and on-site model for project monitoring,commissioning and operation.

5. Tendering,Technical Evaluation and Contracts Management for selection and onboarding of consultants,construction agency and EPC service providers.

7 Competencies: a) Functional 1. Thorough understanding of government polcies and regulations for RE project development from concept to commissioning stage.

2. Expertise in preparing detailed project report and perform techno-commerical evaluation.

3. Having expertise in using generation estimation softwares such as PVsyst, Homer Pro, Windographer, AutoCAD, Helioscope etc.

4. Expertise in MS Office operations (esp. MS Excel)

5. Self-learning ability and understanding for upcoming policies and regulations in the renewable energy space. b) Behavioural 1. Should be a team player, excellent negotiation skills and conflict resolution skills.

2. Target focused, willingness to learn, highly adaptable to changing environments.

3. Strong capacity to achieve deliverables of the given assignment/project.
