Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced AI Engineer to architect and build enterprise-grade Generative AI solutions from the ground up. The ideal candidate should have robust expertise in RAG pipelines, Agentic AI architectures, LLM integration, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP). This is a high-impact role requiring ownership of solution design, implementation, deployment, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and build scalable RAG-based AI applications.
- Develop Agentic AI workflows and multi-agent architectures.
- Understand business requirements and translate them into AI solutions.
- Build AI systems from concept to production.
- Optimize retrieval quality, grounding, and hallucination control.
- Recommend architectural improvements and AI best practices.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders throughout the solution lifecycle.

Required Skills

- 5+ years of software engineering experience with strong AI/ML expertise.
- Hands-on experience with RAG architecture and LLM applications.
- Experience building AI agents using LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, or similar frameworks.
- Strong knowledge of document ingestion, chunking, embeddings, vector databases, and semantic search.
- Experience integrating LLMs (OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, etc.).
- Strong Python programming skills.




- Experience deploying AI solutions on Google Cloud Platform (Vertex AI preferred).
- Knowledge of prompt engineering, grounding, citations, and hallucination mitigation.
- Experience taking AI solutions into production.
