We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Manager to lead sales operations, generate qualified leads, manage marketing campaigns, and achieve sales targets for our real estate projects in Bhanur, Hyderabad. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of the Hyderabad real estate market, excellent leadership skills, and experience in closing property sales. (Indeed)

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Generate leads through digital marketing, channel partners, referrals, and direct sales.
- Conduct customer meetings, site visits, negotiations, and property closures.
- Build and maintain relationships with channel partners, brokers, and investors.
- Recruit, train, and motivate the sales team.

Requirements

- 3–7+ years of experience in real estate sales and marketing.
- Strong knowledge of Hyderabad real estate market,



especially Bhanur, Kollur, Mokila, Shankarpally, and Patancheru.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office.
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel for site visits.
