Trinity International Tours & Travels is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Visa Executive to assist clients with visa applications, documentation, and immigration procedures for various countries. The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational skills and a strong understanding of visa processing requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle tourist, student, business, and visit visa applications.
- Guide clients regarding visa requirements, documentation, and application procedures.
- Verify and organize visa documents to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Prepare and submit visa applications through embassies, consulates, and visa processing centers.
- Track application status and provide timely updates to clients.
- Maintain records of applications and supporting documents.
- Coordinate with embassies, consulates, universities,



and travel partners when required.
- Stay updated on visa regulations, immigration policies, and documentation requirements.
- Assist clients with travel insurance, invitation letters, and other supporting documents.
- Ensure high standards of customer service and confidentiality.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
- Experience in visa processing, travel consultancy, study abroad services, or customer service is preferred.

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
