- Chef de Partie (CDP) – Bakery
- Demi Chef de Partie (DCDP) – Bakery
- Commis 2 – Bakery & Pastry
Requirements:
- 2–5 years of experience in bakery & pastry production
- Experience in premium cafés, luxury hotels, or fine dining restaurants
- Hands-on knowledge of breads, cakes, pastries, desserts, viennoiserie & plating
- Good understanding of food safety and kitchen hygiene
- Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and present high-quality bakery & pastry products
- Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards
- Support daily kitchen operations and inventory control
