Job Description
The HR Recruiter is responsible for handling end-to-end recruitment activities with at least 1 year of hands-on experience in talent acquisition. The role involves sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and ensuring timely closure of positions while maintaining a robust candidate experience.
Requirements
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from requirement understanding to onboarding.

Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruitment channels.

Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews to assess candidate suitability.

Coordinate and schedule interviews with internal stakeholders.

Maintain accurate records of candidates in Zoho Recruit.

Ensure timely closure of open positions as per business requirements.

Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

Track and report recruitment metrics such as closures, turnaround time, and conversion ratios.
