A Design Coordinator is responsible for managing and coordinating design-related activities between clients, designers, vendors, and execution teams to ensure smooth project workflow and timely completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinating with interior designers, architects, vendors, and clients
- Managing project design schedules and follow-ups
- Ensuring drawings, designs, and specifications are properly shared with execution teams
- Monitoring project progress and maintaining regular updates
- Assisting in material selection and design approvals
- Maintaining project documentation, BOQs, and design records
- Coordinating site visits and client meetings
- Ensuring timely communication between all departments involved in the project
- Supporting project execution as per approved designs and timelines
- Handling revisions, approvals, and design-related coordination
Skills Required
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Basic knowledge of interior design and project workflow
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Proficiency in MS Office and design coordination processes
- Robust organizational and problem-solving skills
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
