Project Architect (3–6 Years Experience)

We are looking for a passionate Project Architect who can take ownership of projects, collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, and contribute to delivering exceptional architectural outcomes.

Qualifications

- Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch.)
- 3–6 years of relevant professional experience in architectural design and project execution

Roles & Responsibilities

- Prepare, review, and coordinate Good for Construction (GFC) drawings.
- Develop architectural concepts, detailed drawings, and construction documentation.
- Coordinate with consultants, vendors, contractors, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.




- Monitor project schedules, deliverables, and overall progress.
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure design intent, quality standards, and construction compliance.
- Participate in client meetings, presentations, and project discussions.
- Collaborate with senior architects and multidisciplinary teams throughout all project phases.
- Ensure compliance with applicable building codes, regulations, and project specifications.

Preferred Project Experience

Candidates with experience in one or more of the following sectors will be preferred:

- Hospitality
- Residential
- Commercial
- High-rise Developments

A strong understanding of construction detailing, project coordination, and architectural documentation is essential.

Competitive salary based on experience and skills.₹40,000 – ₹1,20,000 per month
