We are seeking a result-oriented Production Manager to oversee daily manufacturing operations and ensure smooth execution of

production plans. The role involves managing shop floor activities, handling manpower, maintaining quality standards, and

ensuring timely delivery. The candidate should be hands-on, execution-focused, and capable of driving productivity while

supporting operational improvements.

Execute production plans to meet daily and monthly targets

 Supervise shop floor operations and ensure smooth workflow

 Manage and allocate manpower across production lines and shifts

 Monitor productivity, discipline, and performance of operators

 Ensure adherence to quality standards and minimize rework/rejections

 Coordinate with maintenance team to minimize downtime

 Ensure timely completion of production to meet delivery schedules

 Maintain proper production records and MIS reporting

 Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency

 Ensure safety practices and shop floor discipline

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
