Key Responsibilities

1. Client Training

- Conduct fitness assessments for current members.
- Design personalized workout programs based on clients’ goals (weight loss, muscle gain, endurance, etc.).
- Provide one-on-one personal training sessions.
- Demonstrate correct exercise techniques and equipment usage.

2. Member Support

- Motivate and guide members during workouts.
- Track client progress and modify programs when needed.
- Provide basic nutrition and lifestyle advice.

3. Gym Floor Supervision

- Monitor members to ensure safe exercise practices.
- Assist members with gym equipment and machines.
- Prevent injuries by correcting posture and form.

4. Sales & Membership Engagement

- Promote personal training packages.
- Support membership retention by building relationships with clients.
- Conduct trial sessions for potential clients.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of exercise science and fitness techniques




- Good communication and motivational skills
- Customer service skills
- Ability to create workout programs
- Knowledge of strength training, cardio, and flexibility training

Qualifications

- Certification in fitness training (e.g., ACE, ISSA, NASM,REPS or equivalent)
- CPR & First Aid certification (preferred)
- Diploma or certification in fitness training or sports science
- Previous gym training experience (preferred but not always required)

Work Environment

- Commercial gym or fitness center
- Interaction with clients of different fitness levels

Salary (Typical Range in India)

- 15000-18000 PER MONTH
- Additional income from personal training sessions
