Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Engineer / Senior Engineer with strong expertise in Genset (Diesel Generator) systems or related industries such as HVAC, MEP, or engineering solution providers. The candidate will be responsible for installation, commissioning, maintenance, troubleshooting, and execution of power solutions across multiple project sites.

Candidates with experience in organizations like Voltas, Blue Star, or similar companies will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Execute installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of DG sets and associated electrical/mechanical systems
- Handle end-to-end project execution at client sites, ensuring timelines and quality standards
- Perform troubleshooting and fault diagnosis in DG sets, control panels, and auxiliary systems
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams for smooth project delivery
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, electrical codes, and company procedures
- Prepare service reports, technical documentation, and project reports
- Support preventive and corrective maintenance activities
- Supervise technicians and site teams (applicable for Senior Engineer role)
- Ensure optimal performance and uptime of installed systems

Required Skills & Competencies

- Strong experience in Genset (DG Set) installation, commissioning, and servicing
- Knowledge of electrical systems, control panels, and power distribution




- Hands-on experience in troubleshooting electrical and mechanical faults
- Exposure to MEP / HVAC / industrial power systems preferred
- Solid problem-solving and analytical skills
- Good communication and coordination abilities
- Ability to handle multiple sites and assignments

Educational Qualification

Diploma / B.E / B.Tech in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering

Preferred Industry Background

- Genset / Power Solutions companies
- HVAC / MEP organizations
- OEMs or companies like Voltas, Blue Star, or similar engineering firms

Key Attributes

- Willingness to travel and work at project sites
- Team player with leadership capability (for Senior Engineer role)
