Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant with robust knowledge of GST compliance and hands-on experience in Tally. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining financial records, preparing tax returns, managing accounts, and ensuring compliance with statutory regulations.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain day-to-day accounting transactions in Tally.
- Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, annual returns, etc.).
- Perform GST reconciliations and ensure timely compliance.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Prepare bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
- Generate invoices, purchase entries, and journal vouchers.
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing.
- Maintain ledgers, financial statements, and accounting records.
- Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and government authorities when required.




- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and statutory requirements.
- Support payroll processing and TDS calculations, if applicable.

Required Skills

- Proficiency in Tally ERP/TallyPrime.
- Strong knowledge of GST rules, return filing, and reconciliations.
- Good understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
- Familiarity with MS Excel and Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of TDS, income tax, and payroll is an added advantage.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent.
- Additional certifications in Accounting, GST, or Tally are preferred.

Preferred Experience

- 4 to 5 years of accounting experience with GST compliance.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
