We are hiring a Business Development Officer (BDO) for Mortgage Products. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, handling customer relationships, and supporting the end-to-end loan process for Home Loans and Loan Against Property (LAP).
Key Responsibilities
1. Generate leads through calling, references, and other business sources.
2. Promote Home Loans and Loan Against Property (LAP) products.
3. Build and maintain relationships with DSAs, connectors, builders, and real estate agents.
4. Source, screen, and process customer loan applications.
5. Guide customers regarding eligibility, documentation, and loan procedures.
6. Coordinate with credit, legal, technical, and operations teams for smooth processing.
7. Achieve monthly sales and disbursement targets.
8.
Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities.
9. Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
Eligibility Criteria
1. Graduate in any discipline.
2. Up to 2 years of experience in Mortgage Sales, Home Loans, or LAP.
3. Valuable communication and relationship management skills.
4. Self-motivated and target-oriented approach.
5. Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment.
Preferred Background
Candidates from Banks, HFCs, NBFCs, or financial services industries will be preferred.
