Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our automobile dealership team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and knowledge of vehicle servicing.

Responsibilities

- Welcome customers and understand their service requirements.
- Prepare Job Cards and explain repair estimates.
- Coordinate with workshop technicians.
- Update customers regarding vehicle status.
- Ensure timely vehicle delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain service records and follow dealership processes.

Eligibility

- Diploma / Graduate (Automobile preferred)




- 1–3 years of experience as a Service Advisor
- Good communication and customer handling skills
- Basic computer knowledge

Salary

₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Based on Experience)
