Position: Administration & Facilities Management Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Head of Administration & Facilities Management to oversee administrative operations, facility management, employee services, and workplace infrastructure. The role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and the ability to ensure smooth day-to-day operations while maintaining a safe, efficient, and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage overall administration and facilities operations.
- Develop and implement administrative policies, procedures, and systems.
- Oversee office infrastructure, maintenance, housekeeping, security, transportation, and vendor management.
- Manage facility-related budgets, contracts, and cost optimization initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, safety standards, and company policies.
- Supervise administrative staff and ensure effective team performance.
- Coordinate with internal departments for employee support and operational requirements.
- Manage workplace services including office setup, seating arrangements, employee amenities, and events.
- Maintain records, documentation, and administrative reports.




- Support employee engagement activities and organizational initiatives.

Required Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Facilities Management, or a related field.
- 8–12 years of experience in administration and facilities management.
- Proven experience managing teams, vendors, budgets, and workplace operations.
- Strong knowledge of office administration processes and facility operations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and administrative management systems.

- Leadership and people management abilities.
- Solid organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle confidential matters.
- Experience in corporate office, manufacturing, education, healthcare, or large-scale organizations preferred.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
