Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and welcome guests in a courteous and professional manner
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
- Serve food and beverages as per company standards
- Ensure cleanliness and proper table setup at all times
- Handle customer queries and complaints politely and promptly
- Coordinate with kitchen staff for smooth service flow
- Maintain hygiene and safety standards as per guidelines
- Upsell menu items and promote daily specials
- Ensure timely billing and payment collection (for Captain role)

Requirements:

- Qualification: Minimum 12th pass / Diploma in Hotel Management preferred
- Experience:
- Steward: Fresher / 0–1 year
- Captain: 1–3 years in a similar role
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Presentable personality with a positive attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace
- Basic knowledge of food & beverage service

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
