Job Summary:

The Site Supervisor is responsible for supervising daily site activities, managing workers, ensuring work is completed safely, and maintaining project quality and timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise daily site work and labor activities.
- Ensure work is completed as per drawings and project requirements.
- Monitor quality of work and maintain safety standards.
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and vendors.
- Maintain daily work progress reports.
- Check material availability and report shortages.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Resolve site-related issues and report to the Project Manager.




- Maintain discipline and housekeeping at the site.
- Follow company safety and operational guidelines.

Qualification:

- Diploma / ITI / Bachelor's Degree (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or relevant field).

Experience:

- 2–3 years of site supervision experience.

Skills:

- Valuable communication and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of site execution and safety.
- Ability to manage workers and meet deadlines.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
