- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls related to vehicle service.
- Schedule and confirm service appointments with customers.
- Follow up with customers regarding service reminders, pending repairs, and feedback.
- Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with the Service Advisor and workshop team for timely service updates.
- Resolve customer queries and escalate concerns when necessary.
- Conduct post-service feedback calls to measure customer satisfaction.
- Promote value-added services, annual maintenance packages, and service campaigns.
- Ensure all customer interactions are handled professionally and courteously.
- Support the dealership in achieving customer satisfaction and retention targets.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
