Scope of Work – Field Executive

* Procure materials, tools, and other office requirements from vendors as assigned.

* Visit vendors for material pickup, follow-ups, and coordination to ensure timely procurement.

* Deliver products, documents, and materials to client locations safely and on time.

* Transport office documents, stock, and other items between company locations as required.

* Handle bank-related activities such as cash deposits, cheque collection/delivery, and other official banking work.

* Maintain records of field activities, collect acknowledgements, and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.

* Coordinate with Procurement, Stores, Accounts, Sales, and other departments for smooth execution of field operations.

* Manage store, audit products, and work on Inventory and support the Office team to smooth the process as and when required.
