Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Associate - Civil at EDSCA located in Bengaluru. The Technical Associate will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to technical support, troubleshooting, research, and applying analytical skills in the field of Civil Engineering.

Technical Associate – Civil (BIM)

Location: Bengaluru (On-site)
Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver high-quality, hands-on training in BIM and Civil Engineering software.
- Train engineering students using practical projects and industry-oriented workflows.
- Prepare and continuously update curriculum, training materials, and lab exercises.
- Mentor students in project execution, portfolio development, and career readiness.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with colleges, universities, and industry partners.
- Understand and respond effectively to students' learning requirements.
- Provide technical and academic support to students and partner institutions.

QualificationsEducation





- BE/B.Tech in Civil Engineering.

Experience

- 6 monhs – 1 years of experience in BIM, CAD, Civil Design, or Technical Training.
- Experience as a BIM Trainer, BIM Engineer, CAD Trainer, Design Engineer, or Civil Design Engineer is highly preferred.

Preferred Software Skills

- Autodesk Revit (Architecture/Structure)
- AutoCAD
- ETABS
- SketchUp

Knowledge of additional Civil Engineering or BIM software will be an added advantage.

Salary

₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month
