Job Purpose
Partner with Relationship Managers and leadership to provide professional investment guidance, driving the bank's investment strategy to achieve leadership in the region.
Key Responsibilities
Client Management 1
Client Management; Act as a trusted partner to Relationship Managers for client investment solutions; Identify client risk appetite, preferences, and requirements to recommend suitable investment products; Review client portfolios periodically, provide independent insights, and suggest improvements; Cross-refer products and services across bank businesses and subsidiaries; Business Development; Support Relationship Managers in acquiring new wealth clients by showcasing bank capabilities; Increase investment penetration and attract new assets from existing and prospective clients; Develop micro-strategies and leverage market intelligence to maintain leadership in the region; Training & Development; Educate Relationship Managers on financial products and investment strategies; Conduct regular team huddles to share market updates and recent product offerings; Risk Management & Compliance; Ensure investment reviews and proposals align with bank strategy and approved products; Highlight portfolio breaches and maintain all required certifications; Other Responsibilities; Provide strategic inputs, support system development, and maintain competition data; Assist the central team with initiatives and monthly deliverables.
