Reports to: Principal Designer

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Project Management:

- Lead and manage end-to-end interior design projects, ensuring timely delivery within budget.
- Oversee the development of design concepts, space planning, material selection, and furniture layouts.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, vendors and others to ensure project objectives are met.

2*. Design Development*:

- Translate client requirements into innovative and functional design solutions.
- Develop detailed design presentations, including mood boards, sketches, and 3D models.
- Ensure design quality, accuracy, and consistency across all projects.

3. Client Interaction:

- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their needs and providing design advice.




- Present design concepts, materials, and budgets to clients for approval.
- Manage client expectations throughout the project lifecycle and ensure client satisfaction.

4. Mentoring & Team Leadership:

- Supervise and mentor junior designers and design assistants, guiding them through project tasks.
- Conduct design reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Foster a team-oriented team environment to encourage creativity and productivity.

5. Budget & Resource Management:

- Prepare project budgets and track expenses to ensure cost-effective designs.
- Source and select materials, furnishings, and finishes in line with project budgets and design intent.

6. Compliance & Documentation:

- Ensure all designs meet local building codes & safety regulations
- Prepare detailed design documentation, including drawings, schedules, and specifications.
- Manage all project documentation, contracts, and correspondence.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
