We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Visa Counsellor to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and sales skills, with knowledge of student, tourist, visitor, work, and PR visa processes. The candidate will be responsible for counselling clients, converting leads into successful applications, and providing exceptional customer service throughout the visa process. Typical responsibilities include counselling clients, assessing eligibility, guiding documentation, managing applications, and staying updated on visa rules.

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel clients regarding Study, Tourist, Visitor, Work, and PR visas.
- Understand client profiles and recommend suitable countries and visa options.
- Explain visa requirements, documentation, eligibility, and application procedures.
- Handle walk-in, phone, WhatsApp, and online enquiries.
- Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into admissions or visa applications.
- Maintain accurate client records in CRM/Excel.
- Coordinate with the visa filing team and other departments.
- Stay updated with immigration rules and embassy requirements.
- Achieve monthly counselling and sales targets.
- Build long-term relationships with clients through excellent service.

Requirements





- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Visa Counselling or Overseas Education (Freshers with excellent communication may also apply).
- Excellent English, Hindi, and Punjabi communication skills.
- Strong sales and convincing skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
- Ability to work under targets and deadlines.
- Qualified appearance and positive attitude.

Preferred Experience

- Experience with Canada, UK, Australia, USA, New Zealand, Europe, or Singapore visa processes.
- Experience in overseas education or immigration consultancy.
- Knowledge of SOPs, GTE, visa documentation, and application procedures.
