Job Summary

We are seeking a Health Insurance Executive with experience in the health insurance industry to handle digital enquiries and convert them into policy sales. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, sound knowledge of health insurance products, and experience managing leads generated through digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle digital enquiries received through the website, social media, WhatsApp, email, and other online platforms.
- Contact prospective customers promptly and understand their insurance requirements.
- Recommend suitable health insurance plans based on customer needs.
- Follow up with digital leads to improve conversion rates.
- Explain policy features, perks, premiums, and claim processes to customers.
- Coordinate with internal teams for documentation, underwriting, and policy issuance.




- Update customer interactions and lead status in the CRM system.
- Ensure timely responses and provide excellent customer service throughout the sales journey.
- Meet monthly sales and lead conversion targets.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1–5 years of experience in health insurance sales or customer support.
- Experience handling digital enquiries or online leads is preferred.
- Good knowledge of health insurance products and processes.
- Excellent communication, follow-up, and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple enquiries simultaneously.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
