Minimum 4-10 years in Retail Industry Industry (preferably Jewellery) with at least 5 years as a Asst Manager/Leadership role / Floor Manager/Senior Roles.

- - The Store Manager Experience should be minimum 4 to 8 years in Jewellery Preferred.
- The store manager is responsible for the store operations and smooth running of the store.
- -Has to check the Visual Merchandising of the Store and make sure to keep V M is Up to date.
- - He is responsible for Store Stocks/Goods ensure the security of the stocks properly. The
- - Ensure that all the staff should maintain proper Grooming and discipline in the store.




- - Should treat his Sub-ordinates with dignity and respect each one without partiality.
- - Has the responsibility to train his sales team from time to time meeting and ensure the implementation
