REDANCHOR Management is looking for a smart, confident, and organized CRM Executive to manage customer interactions, follow up with enquiries, maintain CRM records, and support the sales team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and be comfortable working with clients over phone, WhatsApp, email, and CRM software.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer enquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and website.
- Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
- Follow up with leads and existing clients.
- Schedule meetings for the sales team.
- Prepare quotations and basic business documents.
- Coordinate with operations for service execution.
- Resolve customer queries professionally.
- Maintain daily follow-up reports and MIS.
- Ensure timely closure of customer requests.
- Build long-term relationships with clients.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication in Hindi and English (Gujarati preferred).
- Good computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word, Email).
- Comfortable using CRM software.
- Professional phone etiquette.
- Good typing speed.
- Robust follow-up and coordination skills.
- Ability to multitask and work independently.
Eligibility
- Age: 23–35 years.
- Graduate preferred (any discipline).
- Minimum 1 year experience in Customer Service, CRM, Telecalling, Front Office, or Sales Coordination.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
