Roles and Responsibilities:

- Developing and managing an efficient distribution network in order to drive growth in sales.
- Making contact, regularly visiting clients, creating customers for channel sales, getting their feedback, understanding their problems, and preparing solutions accordingly.
- Enhancing and maintaining better client relationships.
- Clicking orders by presenting products, highlighting their features and benefits, etc to the customers.
- Ensuring payment compliance of customers through regular follow-up and contact.
- Informing the customers about the various schemes and offers of the company, reminding and encouraging them to achieve scheme targets by presenting final discounts and prices.
- Coming up with ideas and suggestions in order to increase the brand presence in the market.




- Being aware of market trends and competitor schemes and prices, informing the senior team members about the same, preparing counter-measures accordingly.
- We are looking for smart and enthusiastic candidates who want to build a long-term career in Sales.
- Min. 3 years in the electrical/lighting/plumbing/hardware industry.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
