Job Description

? Hunt and onboard new US clients while expanding existing accounts.
? Manage end-to-end C2C and Contract-to-Hire recruitment.




? Source top IT professionals across Cloud, DevOps, Full Stack, AI, Data, and Cybersecurity.
? Negotiate rates, vendor margins, and subcontractor agreements.
? Build strong relationships with clients, vendors, and consultants.
? Work with VMS portals and ensure compliance throughout the hiring process.

Requirements

✔️ 3–5 years of experience in US IT Contract Staffing.
✔️ Hands-on expertise in C2C, Corp-to-Corp, and Contract-to-Hire hiring.
✔️ Proven success in client acquisition, account management, and business development.
✔️ Strong understanding of modern IT technologies and hiring trends.
✔️ Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
