Mishmash Naturals is a fast-growing D2C brand creating natural, Ayurvedic beauty & personal care products specially designed for kids (3–12 years). As we scale across marketplaces, website, and social media, we are looking for a creative and proactive Social Media associate to join our in-house team.

This role is ideal for someone who understands Instagram trends, content planning, and brand storytelling, and wants hands-on experience building a growing consumer brand.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in planning and executing social media content
- Research trending content formats, reels, and viral ideas
- Write captions and help schedule posts
- Assist during content shoots and product videos
- Shoot basic social media content using iPhone when required
- Edit basic reels and short-form content
- Support influencer collaborations and campaigns
- Monitor comments, DMs, and basic community engagement
- Track content performance and suggest improvements

Skills & Requirements

- Good understanding of Instagram, Reels, and social media trends
- Ability to shoot basic content on phone (iPhone preferred)
- Basic video editing skills
- Creative mindset and willingness to learn
- Valuable written communication for captions and posts




- Basic Canva/design skills are a plus

Ideal Candidate

- Candidates with at least 3–6 months of experience in social media, content creation, or digital marketing
- Active on social media and understands what makes content engaging and shareable
- Comfortable with basic content shooting and reel editing
- Willing to work in-office in a fast-paced startup environment
- Proactive, creative, and eager to learn and take ownership

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
