Carbelim is a climate-tech company developing innovative microalgae-based solutions for air purification, carbon capture, and sustainable infrastructure. We are seeking a skilled 3D Modeling & Product Designer with strong expertise in industrial product design and manufacturing-oriented CAD development.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Design and develop 3D models for industrial products, enclosures, mechanical components, and assemblies.
- Create manufacturing-ready CAD models, detailed drawings, and BOMs.
- Design products considering manufacturability, assembly, durability, and cost optimization.
- Develop realistic product renderings and exploded assembly views for technical and marketing purposes.
- Coordinate with R&D;, production, and fabrication teams during product development.
- Support prototype development, testing, and design improvements.
- Prepare documentation for tooling, fabrication, and production.

Preferred Experience

Candidates with hands-on experience in the following will be highly preferred:

- Plastic Injection Mold Design (ABS, PP, PC, Nylon, etc.)
- FRP Pattern & Mold Design
- Injection Molding Product Development
- Tool & Die Design
- Sheet Metal Product Design
- Design for Manufacturing (DFM) & Design for Assembly (DFA)
- 3D Printing & Rapid Prototyping




- Industrial Product Development from Concept to Production

Required Skills

- Strong proficiency in SolidWorks, Autodesk Inventor, Fusion 360, or equivalent CAD software.
- Experience creating complex assemblies, fabrication drawings, and production documentation.
- Knowledge of tolerances, GD&T;, materials, and manufacturing processes.
- Understanding of CNC machining, fabrication, casting, and molding processes.
- Ability to convert concepts into production-ready products.
- Experience with rendering tools such as KeyShot, Blender, or similar is an added advantage.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Design, Product Design, Tool Engineering, or a related field.
- 4+ years of relevant experience in industrial/product design.
- Freshers with exceptional project portfolios in mold or product design may also be considered.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
