Position Summary

Phenom Cloud is looking for an experienced Employee Workflow Visionary (3–6 years) to drive improvements in employee processes and HR transformation initiatives. You will work closely with stakeholders to design and implement scalable solutions that enhance workforce productivity and engagement.

Duties & Responsibilities

- Analyze and redesign employee workflows across HR functions.
- Lead workshops with stakeholders to identify improvement opportunities.
- Design and implement employee experience and workflow solutions.
- Collaborate with HR and technology teams to deploy solutions.
- Monitor effectiveness of implemented workflows and optimize continuously.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve employee engagement.




- Ensure alignment with organizational goals and compliance standards.

Skills & Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.
- 3–6 years of experience in HR consulting, employee experience, or workflow optimization.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and transformation initiatives.
- Experience working with HR systems and digital tools.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to bridge business needs with process improvements.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with HR analytics or employee engagement tools.
- Knowledge of Agile or process improvement methodologies.
- Experience in digital transformation projects
