Key Responsibilities

* Identify and research potential B2B clients through LinkedIn, Instagram, company websites, business directories, and other online sources.

* Generate high-quality leads including:

* Real Estate Agencies

* Property Developers

* Investment Companies

* Family Offices

* Financial Advisors

* Corporate Investors

* Find and verify decision-makers such as CEOs, Managing Directors, Sales Directors, Business Development Managers, and Owners.

* Collect accurate contact information including email addresses, phone numbers, LinkedIn profiles, and company details.

* Qualify leads according to predefined criteria.

* Maintain and update CRM/database with accurate information.

* Schedule introductory meetings for the sales team whenever possible.

* Work closely with management to improve lead generation strategies.

* Provide daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.

Daily KPIs

* Research 150–250 companies

* Generate 40–60 qualified B2B leads

* Verify all contact information before submission

* Send outreach messages where required

* Update CRM with 100% accuracy

Monthly Targets

* 800–1,200 qualified B2B leads





* 80–150 decision-makers identified

* 20–40 qualified meetings generated

* Maintain lead quality above 90%

* Continuously improve conversion rates

Requirements

* Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B Lead Generation.

* Excellent research skills.

* Strong understanding of LinkedIn Sales Navigator.

* Experience using CRM systems.

* Excellent written and spoken English.

* Highly organized and detail-oriented.

* Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

* Strong communication skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
