We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Telecaller / Pre-Sales Executive to connect with prospective customers, generate leads, qualify inquiries, and schedule meetings for the sales team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and be confident in interacting with customers over the phone.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
- Explain the company's products and services to potential clients.
- Generate and qualify sales leads.
- Schedule appointments or product demonstrations for the sales team.
- Follow up with leads through calls, emails, and messages.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM.
- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate information.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Freshers with valuable communication skills can also apply).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is an added advantage.
