Job Summary

The Business Development Executive is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, developing customer relationships, preparing quotations, coordinating with internal departments, and achieving sales targets to support the company's business growth.

Roles & Responsibilities Lead Generation

- Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, emails, LinkedIn, referrals, exhibitions, and other marketing activities.
- Build and maintain a strong customer database.
- Qualify leads and update them in the CRM system.

Customer Relationship Management

- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product solutions.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Sales & Business Development

- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Conduct customer meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Identify opportunities for repeat business and cross-selling.

Quotation & Proposal Management

- Prepare and submit quotations and commercial proposals.
- Coordinate with the design, production,



and accounts teams for costing and pricing.
- Follow up on quotations until order confirmation.

Order Coordination

- Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Stores, Dispatch, and Accounts for smooth order execution.
- Ensure timely delivery and resolve customer concerns.

Market Research

- Monitor competitors, market trends, and pricing.
- Identify current industries and customers for business expansion.

Documentation & Reporting

- Maintain accurate customer records in CRM/ERP.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Update sales activities and customer interactions regularly.

Required Skills

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Customer relationship management.
- Lead generation and sales closing skills.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and CRM/ERP software.

- Quotation-to-order conversion ratio.

Preferred Industry
