We are hiring Performance Marketer for one of our esteemed client in Branding industry for Anand Location.

Experience : 2-3 years
Timings : 10:00 am to 7:00 pm
Employment type : Full - time, On-Site

Key Responsibilities :

- Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and manage paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
- Data Analysis: Monitor daily performance metrics (CTR, CPC, ROAS, and CPA) to ensure campaigns are hitting their targets.
- Optimization: Conduct A/B testing on ad copies, landing pages, and creative assets to improve conversion rates.
- Strategy: Develop full-funnel marketing strategies—from building brand awareness to retargeting and final conversion.
- Reporting: Create easy-to-understand weekly and monthly reports for stakeholders, highlighting wins, losses, and explicit next steps.
- Collaboration:



Work closely with the creative team to brainstorm high-performing ad visuals and copy.

Skills:

- Experience: 1- 2 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing (Agency experience is a plus).
- Platform Expertise: Deep knowledge of Google Ads Manager and Meta Business Suite.
- Analytical Mindset: Comfortable working with Excel, Google Sheets, and Google Analytics (GA4) to find patterns in numbers.
- Technical Knowledge: Understanding of tracking pixels, GTM (Google Tag Manager), and conversion API setup.
