A Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is the top-level executive responsible for a company's fiscal health. They oversee financial planning, risk management, record-keeping, and financial reporting. Partnering with the CEO, they execute corporate strategy, manage cash flow, and lead the accounting and finance departments.

Key Responsibilities

- Financial Strategy & Planning: Develop long-term financial forecasts, manage capital structure, and align resources with the company's growth objectives.
- Reporting & Compliance: Supervise the preparation of accurate financial statements, ensure full transparency, and comply with accounting standards (e.g., GAAP or IFRS).
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate financial risks, oversee audits, and manage corporate insurance policies.
- Cash Flow & Asset Management: Monitor liquidity, oversee budgets, optimize tax strategies, and manage investment opportunities.
- Stakeholder Relations: Act as the primary financial spokesperson,



presenting to the board of directors, banks, and investors.
- Corporate Transactions: Guide mergers and acquisitions (M&A;), funding rounds, and potential IPO processes. [1, 2]

Qualifications & Skills

- Education: Qualified certifications like a Chartered Accountant (CA)
- Experience: 5 to 10+ years of progressive corporate finance experience, including several years in a senior leadership role
- Core Competencies: Advanced financial modeling, risk assessment, and proficiency with enterprise financial software like NetSuite. Requires exceptional strategic vision, executive presence, and stakeholder communication.

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
