- MFT Administrator, if the candidate have scripting knowledge its advantage,
- Knowledge of file transfer protocols like FTP, SFTP, FTPS, HTTP/S,
- Security concepts like encryption and description, digital certificates.
- Integrating file transfer systems with EFT application, database, cloud services.
- Robust troubleshooting and problem solving skills to identify and resolve the issues.
- They should be also handling incident, change, Problem management process , working with different stakeholders, customers etc
- Application support experience
